Applications submitted electronically or on paper, will be retained for one year from the date of receipt.

Step One:

CERTIFIED POSITIONS

Certified Applications can now be submitted, in part, using an on-line form. This will place you in our database for review by administrators. Your application will not be considered complete until all documentation is in our office. However, this will allow you to get your paperwork started with us in just a few minutes.

Step Two:

CERTIFIED POSITIONS

Print and complete the Criminal History Affidavit which requires notarization.

Step Three:

CERTIFIED POSITIONS

Mail in the required documents:

  1. Letter of Interest
  2. District Application (if not submitted online)
  3. Criminal History Affidavit
  4. Resume
  5. Copy of all transcripts (unofficial acceptable for application process)
  6. 3 Current Letters of Recommendation
  7. Education Licensure (copy)
